Valentine’s day is fast approaching and it can be quite depressing for those who are single, including myself.

Whenever I pass by shops, valentine paraphernalia are on display and couples holding hands can be seen everywhere I go,  making it more depressing.

So I decided to challenge myself 5 days of self-love being the 5th day as Valentine’s day.

Here’s the flow of the challenge:

Day 1:
-Write down 4 things you like a bout yourself.

Day 2:
-Write down 5 things you are grateful for.
-Call an old friend.

Day 3:
-Treat Yourself!

Day 4:
-Pamper yourself: Ex. Give yourself a facial.

Day 5: Write a letter to your self.
